We specialize in representing Buyers. You wouldn't use your spouse's attorney in a divorce proceeding. So why would you use the seller's agent when you're buying real estate? Because we represent Buyers, we don't have the conflicts of interest that come with traditional agents. We represent only you, the Buyer.
Even if you've already found a property on your own that you like, it's a good idea to have Bremner Real Estate represent you in the negotiations, due diligence and closing, so you'll have someone on your side! It costs you nothing and can save you a lot.

Such brokers have a tremendous economic incentive to sell the property "in-house", so they don't have to split the commission. As a result, if a Buyer goes to a traditional broker, the broker is going to steer him to that broker's own listings, not necessarily the best properties and deals. Bremner Real Estate will show our Buyers all of the very best deals and properties. Each month, we prepare a list and analysis of available properties in Northern California so that you can easily see what's available, and which are good deals.
